There was No winner of the this weeks Lotto Jackpot, which stood at €10200 on Monday night, 23rd November. The numbers drawn were 6,14 and 25. The €30 prize winners were: Paul O’Keeffe, Sheila O’Donovan, Coole East, Catherine O’Donovan, Michael McCarthy. Next weeks jackpot is a record €10400 and the draw will take place on Monday night, 7th December, wouldn’t that be a nice winter warmer! To all our readers and club members, the temperatures have dropped, the evenings are darker and we are approaching that magical time of the year where we take stock, look back and dream of what is to come. This is the 7th edition of our club newsletter and since we last talked, we had the little matter of the Cork County Hurling Final 2019 to deal with. Unfortunately, we were not good enough on the day, beaten by a better and more ruthless team and we wish Russell Rovers all the best in the Munster Championship and in the Intermediate Grade next year. But even though our heads were bowed for a brief period, we can reflect back on a year that saw some great performances from our local heroes, who went further than any other Carraig Junior A Hurling team did before. A lot has been learnt, new memories were made, some regrets may linger, but in truth, our club is in a better position for the whole experience. Club Gear Sale Tuesday 22nd October 7pm – 8pm Carraig na bhFear Juvenile GAA Club are holding a Club Gear sale on Tuesday 22nd October from 7.00pm to 8:000pm in the Club house. Please complete 1 order form per player. Payment must be made in full on the night. Plenty of sample sizes will be available to try on and we would advise to do so as sizes may differ. Pictures of the gear are on the order form. Orders will be taken on Tuesday night only to ensure delivery before Christmas and must be paid in full on the night.
