Massive congratulations to Timmy Geaney, John Forde and the Imokilly Senior hurlers on winning the county Senior hurling final on Sunday last.
The lads are pictured here with club members Denis Burns, Brendan Murphy, Paul Murphy and Club President Tommy Sheehan on the pitch in Pairc Ui Caoimh after a famous win over Blackrock on a 3-13 to 0-18 scoreline.
Well done to both Timmy and John, before for an unfortunate injury earlier in the season Timmy was a giant in the centre of the defence at number 6, while John made a number of impressive appearances off the bench throughout the year.
These two lads are extremely dedicated to their hurling and a great example to all our young players coming through. They work hard, play hard and are always leading the way in training.
