Our Junior A Hurlers are back in Championship action this weekend, when they take on Russell Rovers in Lisgoold on Saturday at 3pm. It’s the last chance saloon for both teams, Carraig having lost to St. Ita’s in the opening round, while Russell Rovers went down to Sars by 4 points in their opening round.
Carraig will look to key players like Timmy Geaney, John Forde, Ronan Spillane and evergreen captain Con Burns for inspiration, as the lads aim to get back into the mix for the championship. A tough test awaits however and your support for the team will be crucial in Lisgoold on Saturday. See you all there!
