Juvenile Club Notes 2nd March

The Juvenile GAA season is kicking into gear with the arrival of March and hopefully a better spring weather wise than the winter we have had.
U10,12,14 and 16 training continues in Whitechurch, on astroturf for the next few weeks on Friday nights.
Minor training continues in Carrig GAA grounds under the guidance of Gavin and Sean.
Our U6,7 and 8’s began training on Sat. March 5th in College gym and pitches. We look forward to meeting and welcoming all new members over the coming weeks. If you were unable to make the registration night but would like to join up for the coming season, you can contact club chairperson Tony Dunne on 0876167890 for more information on the various times and sessions. Everyone is welcome and we hope to provide a fun and enjoyable experience in which to learn gaelic games.
At the last Juvenile meeting, the Puc Fada was discussed and it was decided to continue with shorter route for younger members, which was run last year, from the college gates to the village, on the morning of the 17th March. This will finish with refreshments in Community Hall afterwards.
More details to follow in the coming days.
