Juvenile News Roundup 28th May

U8 Monster Hurling Blitz

Our two Under 8 hurling teams, put in excellent performances on Sat. Morning, May 21 st , at Inniscarra Grounds, where the Rebel Og Monster Hurling Blitz took place. Against formidable opposition from Blarney, Aghabullogue and Nemo Rangers, there were some outstanding passages of play, with real honest endeavour from the Carraig lads. The hard work they have been putting in on the training ground each Friday evening , is really paying dividends in terms of the improvement shown by these fine players today.

U6:
The U6 group continued their hurling and football training last Friday, and the weather failed to dampen their enthuasism. Their progression will be tested again this week as they are preparing to take on Whitechurch U6 hurlers next Saturday , in a rematch in Whitechurch. Word from the camp is that they are looking forward to the fixture!!
